Legrand UK & Ireland COVID-19 update

In light of recent Government announcements, we would like to re-assure our customers that Legrand UK & Ireland is making every effort to support you through this difficult time but have also taken steps to minimise exposure to our customers and protect our employees. We are operating under our business continuity plan which means we have made some significant changes to our day to day operations, more specifically in terms of how we manage and deploy our technical, training and field sales teams.

It may also be the case that it takes longer for us to process and respond to inbound calls and email requests, we sincerely appreciate your patience and cooperation during this challenging time.

Manufacturing and distribution

All our UK manufacturing sites and warehouses remain open and are at normal capacity. We have, and will, continue to invest in COVID-related initiatives to keep employees safe and deliver products to our customers. This includes investments in COVID-19 safety measures such as personal protective equipment, enhanced cleaning of our facilities, processes that allow for effective social distancing and conducting temperature checks.

Customer meetings

We are encouraging our customers and employees to carry out meetings, where possible, using Microsoft Teams conferencing technology or by telephone - contact details can be found using the following link. We understand that a face-to-face meeting may be critical to your business and therefore we will be able to accommodate this at one of our COVID-secure locations or by site visit, providing the site is COVID-secure and Government restrictions allow.
