Monitor arms for flexible workspaces, Kontour, Koncis, Chief, commercial building

Monitor arms for flexible workspaces, Kontour, Koncis, Chief, commercial buildingTwo ranges of dynamic monitor arms from Chief, designed to help support the expected surge in post-lockdown office upgrades and home working, have been introduced to the UK and Irish market by Legrand.

The Kontour and Koncis ranges from Chief offer a simple way to upgrade office spaces, whether at home or in a commercial building. As a number of businesses look to update working policies following a year of remote working, Legrand will be introducing the highly regarded range to support businesses planning their future office space.

The simple workplace solution has been designed to support modern monitors, with enhanced ergonomic capabilities to help increase productivity in any workspace. Featuring a refined design, the new monitor arms complement Legrand’s wider desktop and workplace solutions, and can be installed within commercial or home office settings.

Offering a feature-rich design and premium-grade quality, the Kontour and Koncis ranges are a flexible and high-quality solution. Simple to install, the arms are pre-assembled upon delivery, while an innovative 180° rotation stop helps to protect walls and furniture panels from over-rotation damage. The two-piece desk clamp simplifies the installation process further, whether clamping to a desk edge, or through 50mm desk grommets.

The arms have integrated cable management, which securely holds multiple cables in place for a clean and tidy finish. The ranges include both single and dual dynamic monitor arms, sporting an adjustable weight capacity from 0.9 to 6.8kg. The Koncis range is available in black or magnesium silver finishes, while the Kontour range comes in black and white.

Paul Martin, Lead Marketing Manager – Power Distribution at Legrand, said: “It is fair to say that for many businesses, office life will never look the same again. Whether it is reviewing how offices are laid out to ensure social distancing is maintained, or a permanent move to working from home, the future office needs to be a more attractive place to work, while also offering greater functionality.

“Our two new ranges of monitor arms can help create office environments which support the modern-day worker. Each monitor arm also has a range of premium features, including Centris™ Extreme Tilt and Quick-Release Monitor Interface, providing even greater benefits for end users.”
